We are really excited to now being offering senior portrait albums! We cant think of a better way to keep all of your images in a beautiful book for all to see. This is always a great option for being able to choose many images to keep as opposed to just a few! Don't keep those images in the drawers anymore, show them proudly! 2014 Senior Ambassador Program
Who may apply?
1. Current juniors planning on graduating in 2014
2. Students from the York County and surrounding area (40 mile radius)
3. Students who are fun, creative, outgoing and love being in front of the camera!
4. Students who will be a positive role model for others
What is a senior ambassador?
~ A hand selected student who will be asked to represent our studio. We will conduct interviews and only chose those students who match the qualities we are looking for. We will select 2 ambassadors from each local school district.
What is expected from you?
~Share with all your friends and classmates about your photography experience at Bernlohr Photography. You will be asked to share with them your experience with having senior portraits taken and be asked to share your personalized ambassador cards with them.
Now to the good stuff…If selected, what do I get?
1. Your senior session FREE (A $59.99 value) *not just a session, but you will be invited to participate in the senior celebration which will include makeup, a hairstylist and food!
2. Personalized ambassador cards to hand out (A $50 value)
3. A social media package of 5 low resolution, watermarked images for your use on Facebook, twitter, etc and a low res. 10 image video also for your use.
4. For referrals, you will receive the following:
a. For each person who completes a senior session with us that brings one of your ambassador cards, you will receive a $15 print credit.
b. For 10 referrals, receive the print credit above as well as a $50 visa card
c. The ambassador who refers the most amount of students who book and complete a senior session with Bernlohr Photography, will receive a FREE IPAD MINI (or may opt for the cash equivalent)!!!
5. Finally, you will receive stuff! Yes, stuff….t-shirts, pens, etc….
Interested? All applications must be submitted by February 20, 2013…no exceptions. Interviews will be scheduled shortly after that and final choices will be made by mid March. Ambassadors who are chosen will be asked to promote exclusively for Bernlohr Photography Studio.

Player metallic posters! I use 3 action images of a player doing what they do best. I then put them together into 1 action poster, add some custom graphics, print it on metallic paper to make incredible colors pop and then mount them on styrene board so that they are "ready to hang" right away! Let your leagues, groups and tournaments know about Bernlohr Photography sports zone and explain that we have guaranteed satisfaction with a stree-free picture day and amazing products! "Watch Me Grow" Baby Photography plan
Enroll in the “watch me Grow” photography plan and receive your 1 st years sessions FREE! $495.00 (save $200!)
Receive 3 sessions (we suggest 4 months, 7 months and 1 year) Free when you enroll in the “watch me grow plan".
1. No session fees
2. Prints: From each session, you will receive an 8x10, 5x7 and set of 8 wallets.
3. Digital images: From each session, you will receive a CD with 5 copyright free images.
4. Your baby will also receive a free cake at their 1 year session where you may choose to take it home or include it in a “smash the cake” session.

Senior Portraits graduating in 2015
Seniors—2015
Session fee:
1 hour (choose studio or outdoor) $75.00
Combination studio & outdoor—2 consecutive hours $125.00
*Session fee includes the required consultation to determine times, locations and preferences, a preview/ordering session, and the session. Fee is due at the time of booking to reserve your date.
An optional proof book may be purchased for $45.
Senior pictures ordering policies:
1. All seniors will be scheduled a preview/ordering session within 2 weeks after their shoot. At this session, you will want to be prepared to place your order due to product samples, discounts for ordering as well as incentive products that will only be available during the preview session.
If you are unable to place your order at this time, you will have the opportunity to place the images online for viewing for 2 weeks with an additional $20 fee. In addition, all collections and prints will be full price and incentive products will no longer be available.
2. Basic retouching is included in pricing. Additional retouching or special effects are an added fee.
3. All ordering must be complete within 30 days after the session or archival fees will be incurred.
4. All images will be deleted after 4 months.
If you are unable to place your order at this time, you will have the opportunity to place the images online for viewing for 2 weeks with an additional $20 fee. In addition, all collections and prints will be full price and incentive products will no longer be available.
