Have you ever shot a wedding at our venue location before? How did it work out?
What’s your primary style? Posed & formal, relaxed, photojournalistic, candid, traditional?
Do you shoot in color or black and white?
Do you use an assistant? Is there an extra charge for this?
Will you have backup equipment available? And what happens if you get ill?
Can other people take photos while you are taking photos?
What types of photos will be taken (B/W, Color, etc..)?
How many photos come in each package?

Will you accept a list of specific photos to be taken?
What attire will you and/or assistants wear?
What time will you arrive and how long will you stay?
Should the event last longer than scheduled, will you stay? Extra charge?
How long after the event will the proofs be ready?
Do you have liability insurance?
What type and how much assistance will you provide in planning an album?
Do we get the digital files or what is the charge?
Is this your recent work that I'm seeing on your website?
Do you provide a written contract and guarantee?

Gallery wrapped canvas- No framing necessary!  Delivered ready to hang.  Your image will be printed on a fine art canvas and stretched over a real wood frame.  The canvas (and image) literally wraps around the sides of the frame.  The canvas than appears to be floating on the wall.  Many sizes are available; however, pricing for the most popular sizes is below.

11x14 gallery wrapped canvas	$120.

Additional items available include:  Save the date cards, flush mount albums, custom guest books, tote bags, wall hangings, blankets, pillows, greeting cards and many others.  Please ask about pricing.

Pickup:  Prices are for pickup of the items at Bernlohr Photography in York.  If you wish to have your albums, prints, DVD, etc. shipped, you will be charged the cost of the shipping.

***Contracted item expiration-All items that are included in your package must be redeemed within six months of the date of your wedding.  Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of any unused items including prints and albums.

Additional coverage can be added at the rate of $100/hour.

The prices do not include sales tax.  PA sales tax of 6% will be added to all collections, add-ons and orders.

A retainer of 25% of the total collection chosen secures the date for our services.  Balance is due 2 weeks prior to wedding date.

Additional editing will be billed as follows:

Minor editing including color conversions     $5/image

Major editing including selective color, removing objects, head swaps, glass glare, major skin retouching, etc will be billed at $40/hour of computer work.
